Handpicked and sorted fruit underwent whole bunch pressing and only the free run juices were used for this wine, capturing the finest expression of the fruit. The nose is lifted and alluring, with vivid notes of lime blossom and mandarin peel leading the way. Freshly cut green apple and white peach bring a crisp, mouthwatering edge, while soft floral tones of elderflower and jasmine lend a graceful aromatic lift. The palate is vibrant and precise, anchored by crisp, refreshing acidity that gives the wine excellent definition. Bright citrus characters shine through, with zesty lime and juicy grapefruit taking centre stage.
